1.What are the disadvantages of living in tall buildings?
There are many disadvantages of living in a tall building. For one, the residents are reliant on the lift at all times. Any mechanical failure means that they have to carry everything up the stairs. On top of this the space is restricted by the design of the building and there is only so much room for personalization. If you are in a tall building the likelihood that you have green space for a garden is nearly nothing! It completely shapes your lifestyle.

It means people can live centrally with access to public spaces, theatres and entertainment. It is much better to build a city up rather than extend it out.
